Terms and Conditions for the Instagram Giveaway

The organizer of this giveaway is Air Service Berlin CFH GmbH, Zimmerstraße 100, 10117 Berlin, Germany.
- Eligibility
Participation is open to all natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old. Participation is only possible via a public Instagram profile. Employees of Air Service Berlin CFH GmbH and their relatives are excluded from the giveaway.
- Giveaway Period and Entry
The giveaway is ongoing. A winner will be selected at random at the beginning of January, April, July, and October.
To enter, participants must:
- follow the Instagram account of Air Service Berlin CFH GmbH @berlinhelicopter and
- mention/tag Air Service Berlin CFH GmbH in a post or story on Instagram
Participants from the previous three-month period (e.g., October to December for the January draw) will be included in the respective quarterly draw. The Instagram profile must remain public and must still be following the account at the time of the drawing.
- Prize
The prize is one ticket for the “Berlin City Flight” valued at €198. The ticket is valid for 3 years and is non-transferable. A cash payout or exchange of the prize is not possible.
- Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
- Data Protection
To participate, the processing of personal data (e.g., Instagram username, possibly name and address for prize delivery) is required. This data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be deleted afterward. It will not be shared with third parties.

- Disclaimer / Changes
Air Service Berlin CFH GmbH reserves the right to change, adjust, or cancel the giveaway at any time if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
