Your flight starts at the helicopter airfield in Strausberg, where you check in conveniently. With the premium service, you and your guests can relax in the VIP waiting area, enjoy a glass of Prosecco or a soft drink and watch the Eurocopter EC 130 take off and land.
After a short safety briefing on the monitor in the VIP waiting area, it’s time to take off – from a standing start into the air!
The Eurocopter, known for its large windows and comfortable seats with plenty of legroom, takes off. You fly towards Berlin city center at speeds of up to 200 km/h. First you will see the Straussee before the helicopter climbs to 600 meters and the panorama of Berlin opens up before you.
The sightseeing flight takes you along the Hoppegarten racecourse, over Marzahn and the zoo. You can see the water surface of the Müggelsee before heading along the historic Stalin-Allee in Friedrichshain towards the East Side Gallery – the longest open-air gallery in the world.
You fly over the geographical center of Berlin in Kreuzberg and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city. Take a look at the TV tower from above today! A wide visual axis opens up to you – from the Brandenburg Gate across Straße des 17. Juni to the Radio Tower. Particularly impressive: the view of the Victory Column – its golden angel seems to float in the sunlight.
The Reichstag and government district spread out generously below you. In the middle of the metropolis lies the green Tiergarten. You are already in Reinickendorf and can see the magnificent gardens of Charlottenburg Palace. The Olympic Stadium and the radio tower whizz past. The Havel draws its line to the west of Grunewald. The Botanical Gardens and Tempelhofer Feld (formerly Tempelhof Airport) show you a completely different Berlin.
As different as in Neukölln and Plänterwald, where the houseboats are floating on the Spree.
With a bit of luck, you can even see as far as Tropical Island – a shiny silver dome in the far south of Berlin.
