What do I do if I have a ticket/voucher and the World Balloon does not fly?
Have you booked a ticket with one of our many partners and want to cancel it? Then please contact the partner directly.
You will find the relevant company in your booking confirmation.
If you have a voucher from Air Service Berlin or Berlin Helicopter, it is valid for three years and can be redeemed at any time.
